During the visit, the guests were introduced to the institute's research directions and available equipment. The laboratories visited in the context of the NANOEMCA project's area of interest included the Coordination and Supramolecular Chemistry Laboratory and the Laboratory of Advanced Characterization Methods. The visit also featured in-depth technical discussions, during which the guests were introduced to the Micromeritics ASAP 2020 instrument — a device dedicated to the determination of specific surface area and porosity — and received a detailed walkthrough of the associated measurement methodology.
